Participation Guidelines

The Scientific Committee of the conference welcomes research abstracts that offer innovative approaches to their topics or provide added value and new findings in the field of social and human sciences.

Abstracts should be no less than 200 words and must present the significance, objectives, problem statement, and an outline of the research according to the following requirements:

• The title must fall within the scope of the humanities and social sciences or related fields.

• The research must adhere to established scientific standards.

• Abstracts should be between 200 and 300 words.

• The title should be clearly written at the top of the abstract.

• The name(s) of the researcher(s), institutional affiliation, and country should be listed at the top of the abstract.

• Contact information should include email and phone number (including WhatsApp if available).

• A recent personal photo of the researcher(s) should be included at the top of the page.

• A brief academic biography of the researcher(s) should be placed at the end of the abstract.

The Scientific Committee reviews abstracts upon receipt, notifies authors of acceptance, and invites them to submit full research papers for participation under the following conditions:

• The submitted work must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

• The first page must include the full research title, researcher’s name, academic rank, institutional affiliation in both Arabic and English, and email address.

• A research abstract should be provided in both Arabic and English.

• The full paper should not exceed 25 pages, including references, tables, charts, and figures, and should be no less than 8 pages, submitted as a Microsoft Word file.

• Page margins: 2 cm on all sides; line spacing: 0.1

• Arabic font: Simplified Arabic, size 14; main title: size 20 bold; subheadings: size 16 bold

• Latin font: Times New Roman, size 12; main title: size 14, uppercase

• APA 7th edition must be followed for formatting, citations, and references.
